Profit Sharing Disclosure

WINX Profit Sharing Mechanism

WINX applies a profit sharing scheme based on the net profit realized upon the closing of each transaction (realization/close).

Net profit is the profit that has been realized after taking into account all fees charged by the PAKD Partner in connection with that transaction.

For every realized net profit, the profit is shared in the following proportions:

  • 70% for the Consumer
  • 15% for the PAKD Partner
  • 15% for WINX

Profit sharing is calculated separately for each realization of profit and is not based on the accumulated profits or losses of other transactions.

Calculation Example

By way of illustration, if upon the closing of a transaction the Consumer earns a net profit of 100 USDT, the profit is shared as follows:

  • 70 USDT belongs to the Consumer;
  • 15 USDT belongs to the PAKD Partner; and
  • 15 USDT belongs to WINX.

If the funds used in that transaction amount to 1,000 USDT, the Consumer will receive 1,070 USDT back, consisting of the initial funds of 1,000 USDT and the Consumer's profit share of 70 USDT.

If a Transaction Incurs a Loss

If a transaction is closed at a loss, no profit sharing applies to that transaction.

For example, if the funds used amount to 1,000 USDT and the transaction incurs a net loss of 20 USDT, the Consumer's funds after the transaction is closed become 980 USDT, and there is no profit sharing portion for the PAKD Partner or WINX.

A loss on one transaction is not used to reduce or offset profit that has been realized on another transaction.

Accordingly, each profit realization and each loss realization is calculated independently.

No Netting Across Transactions

WINX does not apply any mechanism of combining or netting profits and losses from multiple transactions to determine profit sharing.

For example:

  • The first transaction generates a net profit of 100 USDT. Profit sharing is still calculated on that profit.
  • The next transaction incurs a loss of 100 USDT. No profit sharing is charged on that loss-making transaction.

The loss on the second transaction does not cancel or reduce the profit sharing that arose from the first transaction.

Recording and Settlement of Profit Sharing

The 30% profit sharing portion, consisting of the PAKD Partner's share and WINX's share, is managed through the PAKD Partner's mechanism.

The settlement of the profit sharing portion between the PAKD Partner and WINX is carried out monthly through the following stages:

1. Reconciliation

On the 26th of each month, WINX and the PAKD Partner carry out a reconciliation to match the profit sharing realization data for the relevant period.

The reconciliation is carried out to ensure consistency of the transaction data, the net profit realized, and the profit sharing amounts to which each party is entitled.

2. Invoicing

After the reconciliation results are agreed by WINX and the PAKD Partner, WINX issues an invoice to the PAKD Partner for the profit sharing portion to which WINX is entitled.

The invoice covers only the 15% portion to which WINX is entitled.

3. Settlement

Settlement is carried out monthly on the 28th of each month, after the reconciliation process is complete and the invoice has been issued.

The PAKD Partner pays WINX's profit sharing portion to the wallet of the company PT Pandawa Sakti Digital registered with that PAKD Partner.

The 15% portion to which the PAKD Partner is entitled remains with the PAKD Partner and is not included in the settlement amount payable to WINX.

What Consumers Should Understand

By using the WINX service, the Consumer understands that profit sharing:

  • is calculated on each net profit realized when a transaction is closed;
  • is calculated after taking into account the fees charged by the PAKD Partner;
  • is charged only on transactions that generate a profit;
  • is not charged on transactions that incur a loss;
  • does not use a netting mechanism between profits and losses of different transactions; and
  • is calculated independently for each transaction realization.
